Returns and Exchanges in the United States
We would like our customers to have a positive experience with Antonija Candles. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Should you find that you are not entirely satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your unused product within seven days of purchase.
An unused candle is defined as one that has not been lit and whose wick has not been burned. Antonija Candles reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether returned candles meet the criteria for being classified as unused.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to candlesbyantonija@gmail.com detailing your request. Ensure that you include your order number and complete customer information.

We request that candles be returned in their original packaging. Please obtain a tracking number as proof of postage, as Antonija Candles cannot be held responsible for items sent without tracking or for those lost during transit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
Please inspect your items thoroughly upon receipt. Antonija Candles will replace any candles or other products and accessories purchased through our website that are found to be damaged during transit, provided that notification occurs within four days of delivery. Antonija Candles will cover shipping costs for the return of damaged items.
Please note that Antonija Candles is not liable for candle damage resulting from adverse weather conditions or items left outdoors for extended periods. It is important to recognize that candles may melt when exposed to heat or sunlight.
For all claims regarding damaged items, please contact us via email at candlesbyantonija@gmail.com, including your customer order number and detailed information. We request that you specify the damaged item(s) and provide photographs that clearly demonstrate the damage.
Antonija Candles will issue a return label at no cost for the return of damaged items only. To foster a positive relationship between our business and customers, Antonija Candles reserves the right to restrict or deny future transactions on antonijacandles.com for individuals identified as exhibiting unreasonable return patterns.
