**Order Reception**

Upon receipt of your order, processing will commence within 1 to 3 business days for available products. Custom-made items will require a processing period of 5 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping services do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

**Carriers**

Our shipping partners include USPS and UPS. Delivery times are contingent on the recipient's address and the time at which the order is placed. Please be advised that modifications to the shipping address cannot be made once the package has been dispatched. We shall not be held accountable for any delays, strikes, or losses incurred during transit. **Insurance Policy**

All products are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to your designated delivery address. After delivery is completed, such items will no longer be covered by insurance, and we assume no responsibility for any incidents of theft or loss post-delivery.
